My Very First Giveaway!

I've been trying to find the time to post this giveaway but it seems as if there aint' enough hours in a day to complete everything on my to do list. Now that my son is on Thanksgiving vacation, I can kick back on this cold Monday afternoon and post. Me and my mom agreed to read the book before going to watch the movie. I finished reading the book the same day I started.( 2 weeks ago) Right after I put it down my mom picked it up and started on it, she just finished reading it today! And I cant seem to get enough of her show. I don't watch too much TV since I'm pretty occupied throughout the day but when I do have time, I always watch the Ellen Show. Me and my Mom love her, she's hysterical and she's so funny and so alive that she makes me envy the audience because they're there and I'm not. LOL

Wrapping up November

So it's December, almost Christmas time, whether I want it to be or not. We officially have 23 days left until the best holiday of the year. I hate to admit the fact that I am not prepared for Christmas this year. By this time of the year I at least have an idea of what I want to buy my son and other members of my family. I have not purchased one item yet and I honestly don't know when I'm going to get around to doing so. I'm usually full of holiday spirit but this year I'm just not feeling it, it's depressing.

So on a better note. The end result of November was better than I expected, I won 4 giveaways!
I started entering giveaways the beginning of November and didn't expect to be winning anything at all but I did & I'm pretty happy about it. :)

As soon as I receive all of the products that I have won, I will post my own personal review on them and I'll also post pictures of what I won.

Myself Belts

Great for potty training kids & also for the kids that are tall and skinny like mine. Since my boy is pretty tall I have to buy him pants that are obviously too big at the waist. We NEED a belt that'll be easy for him to put on, take off, and strap up himself. I'm not around him 24/7 so something as easy as "Myself Belts" would be very convenient for the both of us.

Just last weekend on Friday night we parked in a public parking area. As we drove away I noticed a sticker on the rear window of the car. When I took it off after I got home, it was a receipt for gas. Luckily my friend told me not to stop as it could be someone waiting for me to get out of the car.

Then we received this email yesterday:

NEW WAY TO DO CAR JACKINGS (NOT A JOKE)'

Heads up everyone! Please, keep this circulating... You walk across the parking lot, unlock your car and get inside. You start the engine and shift into Reverse.

When you look into the rearview mirror to back out of your parking space, you notice a pie ce of paper stuck to the middle of the rear window. So, you shift into Park, unlock your doors, and jump out of your car to remove that paper (or whatever it is) that is obstructing your view. When you reach the back of your car, that is when the car jackers appear out of nowhere, jump into your car and take off. They practically mow you down as they speed off in your car.


And guess what, ladies? I bet your purse is still in the car.

So now the car jacker has your car, your home address, your money, and your keys. Your home and your whole identity are now compromised!

BEWARE OF THIS NEW SCHEME THAT IS NOW BEING USED.

If you see a piece of paper stuck to your back window, just drive away. Remove the paper later. And be thankful that you read this posting. I hope you will forward this to friends and family, especially to women. A purse contains all kinds of

I think I got it.

So far so good. After about 4 hours of working on my blog page, I think it's turning out to be O.K. It was easier than it seemed although I'm still having some difficulties. One thing that is just bugging the heck out of me is the the left sidebar!! I see other blog pages with 3 columns and I want 3 columns too!! Help Welcome! :)

So I've been thinking about creating a blog for quite sometime now and it finally happened. I couldn't seem to find the time to do so, but today was the perfect day since both my son and hubs were gone. I've had a few reasons to why I just had to do this.

First of all I want to host giveaways! Hosting seems like so much fun and I just love the feeling of giving. As of now, I havent had any donations or requests to review products and with that being, I've decided to go out and buy something myself and offer it as a giveaway! (come back for details!)

I also wanted to do this because me and my sister are going to start selling some awesome handmade things! We've put a lot of thought into this and she unfortunately is STILL thinking about it but I know that it'll be a hit and she wont regret it. So as soon as we have some available products, they'll also be up for giveaways and for sale at reasonable prices.

3rd: Who DOESN'T need a place to vent? Well, I do. I'd rather talk about certain issues that I've come to experience with other moms who may have also experienced something similar. Like..hmm...Your 5 year old boy asking "what are these?" while poking at your breast?..Yeah, that's another story! YIKES!!

I basically wanted to do this for the blogging, selling, giving & reviewing. I guess that would of been a simple way of putting it, too bad I'm not a simple gal.

Where do I begin?

So as you all can see, I am VERY new to blogging. I don't even know where to begin or what to do! LOL I don't have anyone that can walk me through this but I'll learn...somehow. It might take me a few days to get get my page officially up and running.


Geesh, here I am thinking that I'd have this done immediately!
